Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within Australia)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or external factors.

4. International Shipping 
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Tracking Orders
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
