Return & Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14–30 days of purchase for items that are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless they are faulty or caused a verified adverse reaction.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide proof (photos + order number)

You’ll be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no extra cost

 

3. Allergic Reactions / Sensitivity
We understand that skin can react differently. If you experience a reaction:

  • Contact us within 7–14 days

  • Provide details and (if possible) photos

We may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

(Optional: you can tighten or relax this depending on risk tolerance.)

 

4. Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns only if:

  • The product is unopened and unused

  • Returned within 14 days

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Skincare or makeup without original seals

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

 

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

 

7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Faulty items

  • Shade mismatches (optional — many beauty brands offer this as a perk)
